Joy of Motorcycling® (JoM) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement
of Privacy applies to the JoM web site and governs data collection and usage for
all JoM resources, products and services; it does not apply to other online or offline
resources, products or services not controlled by JoM. JoM is a general audience
web site, intended for users of all ages. Personal information of all users is collected,
used and disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy.
Collection of Your Personal

As a training, research and e-commerce web site, JoM may collect your personal and
demographic information, such as your email address, name, home or work address,
or telephone number. Information collected by JoM is used solely for the purpose
of billing and shipping your online purchases and/or registering you for seminars
or other services. JoM does not collect any information about your computer hardware
and/or software. JoM encourages you to review the privacy statements of web sites
you choose to link to from JoM so that you can understand how those web sites collect,
use and share your information. We are not responsible for the privacy statements
or other content on web sites outside of the JoM web site.
