Joy of Motorcycling® (JoM) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to the JoM website and governs data collection and usage for all JoM resources, products and services, past, present, and future; it does not apply to other online or offline resources, products or services not controlled by JoM. JoM is a general audience website, intended for users of all ages. Personal information of all users is collected, used and disclosed as described below.

As a general public audience website, JoM may collect your personal and demographic information, such as email addresses, names, home or work addresses, telephone numbers, or other similar information. Information collected by JoM is used solely for the purpose of billing and shipping online purchases, seminar registration, or other services. JoM does not collect any information about your computer hardware and/or software. JoM encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from JoM so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. We are not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the JoM website.

JoM and its operational service partners collect and use your personal information to process product orders and deliver the products requested. It is possible that JoM may also use personal information to inform you of other products or services available from JoM and its affiliates. JoM does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. JoM values its customers’ choices for the collection, use and sharing of personal information. You may notify us of your preferences by sending us an email. Please be sure to provide complete account information so we can identify you in our records. You may also stop the delivery of future promotional email from JoM by responding directly to any email you receive with a request to remove you from our mailing list.
